Review Guidelines for MassageClub.ca
At MassageClub.ca, online review submissions play a vital role in fostering a transparent and trustworthy community for clients and massage therapists. We ask that you adhere to the following guidelines and standards to maintain the quality and accuracy of published reviews.
Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to post a review.
First-Hand Experience: Reviews should be based on your direct experience with the therapist.
One Review Per Therapist: Please limit your submissions to one review per therapist.
Respectful Language: Avoid abusive language, including profanity and sexually explicit content.
No Spam or Advertising: Reviews must not contain spam, surveys, contests, or any advertising materials.
Privacy Matters: Do not include any personal information about yourself or others in your review.
Relevance: Reviews deemed irrelevant or not adhering to these guidelines will be deleted by MassageClub.ca.
Ownership of Reviews: All reviews submitted become the property of MassageClub.ca.
Self-Reviews Prohibited: Therapists are not permitted to review their own services or those of colleagues.
Professional Responses: Respond to customer feedback positively and respectfully.
No Deletion of Valid Reviews: MassageClub.ca will not delete valid reviews, even if negative, as long as they comply with posting guidelines.
Confidentiality: Keep the identities of customers private when addressing any concerns or feedback.
Report Fraudulent Reviews: If you believe someone has posted a fraudulent review that violates our policies, please notify us immediately at info@massageclub.ca.
Opinions Expressed: All reviews published on MassageClub.ca reflect the sole opinions of the individual reviewers and do not represent those of MassageClub.ca or any of its affiliates, employees, or representatives.
No Endorsement: MassageClub.ca does not endorse the opinions expressed by reviewers or therapists and is not affiliated with any listed therapists or commenters.
Non-Confidential Submissions: By submitting a review or response, you acknowledge that your submission is non-confidential and non-proprietary. We may provide attribution for your comments or reviews at our discretion.
Liability Disclaimer: MassageClub.ca is not responsible for any review submissions made by you or third parties. We assume no liability for any defamation, slander, libel, omissions, falsehoods, obscenity, or profanity in any submission.
